Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: email address, hashed password (managed by Supabase Auth)
• Daily check-ins: self-reported sleep hours and stress level (1-5)
• Calendar work-density (only if you connect Google Calendar): daily meeting hours, meeting count, and after-hours minutes — we never store event titles, descriptions, attendees, or locations
• Screen-time (only if you install the browser extension): total active-browsing minutes per day — never which sites or tabs you visited
• Billing: handled entirely by Polar — we never see or store your card number

What we don't collect

We do not collect raw calendar event content, browsing history or URLs, or any data beyond what your burnout score actually uses.

Third parties we use

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Polar — merchant of record and payment processing (PCI-compliant; card data never touches our servers)
• Google Calendar API — reading your event times, with your explicit consent
• Resend — transactional email (account and billing notices)
• PostHog — aggregated product analytics (counts/booleans only, never your health data)
• Sentry — error monitoring
• Vercel — hosting

Your rights

You can export your data or request account deletion at any time from Settings > Account, or by emailing support. We do not sell your data.
