The service

Burnout Signal provides a self-reported, heuristic early-warning signal based on your sleep, work-calendar density, stress self-report, and optional screen-time data. It is not a medical device — see our disclaimer.

Subscription and billing

The service is offered on a subscription basis ($9.99/month or $79/year) after a 14-day free trial. Payment is processed by Polar, our merchant of record. You can cancel at any time from Settings > Billing; you will retain access through the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Account termination
